Bright achieves ISO standard
Bright Finance has achieved a major international accreditation.
Chapeltown-based Bright Finance has been certified to the ISO 9001 accreditation, recognising the company's established framework of good practice within its quality management system.
Bright Finance's Rosemary Appleyard said: "We've been working towards this standard for more than a year now so I'm just pleased all the hard work has paid off."
"The accreditation will really drive forward our core principles..."
Paul Hancock, Bright Finance's Chairman added: "The accreditation will really drive forward our core principles of quality and customer satisfaction. As a business, if you stand still you go backwards and to go backwards will almost certainly result in loss of the accreditation. So to be awarded ISO 9001 accreditation will leave a lasting internal and commercial impact that will provide additional impetus to take our business to the next level."
ISO 9001 applies to all types of organisations, regardless of size or sector. It can help both product and service oriented organisations achieve standards of quality that are recognized and respected throughout the world.
The International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) is a non-governmental organisation which promotes the development of standards to promote the international exchange of goods and services.
