A Sales-focused Application Process
When we receive or make a customer call, our contact centre staff use individual scripts tailored to the participating partner. The operator encourages the customer to make a generic application for credit - but at this stage, specific credit products aren't discussed, as we have yet to identify the right credit solution for that customer.
Maintaining Contact to Close the Sale
Once the customer has made their credit application, we call them back within 72 hours to offer them a specific loan deal. If they decide not to go ahead with the application at that time, we will seek their permission to contact them again in the future.
Choosing from a Diverse Portfolio of Lenders
On completion, the application is transferred to our lending department. There the applicant's credit status is assessed to enable us to place the application. We pride ourselves in our ability to package and find the best loan deal for the customer from one of our panel of lenders.
