IT Investment

We have invested heavily in our IT systems, which have been designed to:

  • Maximise customer contact
  • Replace the conventional "churn and burn" dialler with our own Customer Relationship Management database
  • Automatically update the system during each phone call
  • Transfers customer loan application details to our third party lenders

Consequently the customer needn't repeat previously captured information, helping to reduce overall call time. This system has been instrumental in attracting some of the UK's leading financial institutions.
