We follow both the letter and the spirit of all legislation and regulation. We are:

  • Licensed by the Office of Fair Trading under the Consumer Credit Act 1974
  • Authorised by the FSA to advise on and arrange regulated Mortgages and Insurance
  • Registered with the Information Commissioner under the Data Protection Act
  • A member of the Financial Industry Standards Association

  • Licensed subscriber of the Telephone Preference Service
