Customer Sales Agents

Overview

Basic salary of £12,500 - £14,000 with bonus potential up to £600 per month, Additional prime hours allowance & benefits

An additional prime hours allowance is paid for hours worked between 6pm and 9pm on a weekday and for Saturday working 9.30am - 5.30pm (on average an extra £1.75 per hour)

Full time and part time evening hours are available (full time hours are on a rota basis working between 8am and 9pm Monday to Friday and Saturday 9.30am - 5.30pm)

Job Role

  • Working in our contact centre you will provide an inbound and outbound sales and service operation to sell the concept of a loan
  • You will accurately input the customer's information, collecting any additional details where required.
  • Conduct all calls in line with calling standards including script adherence and compliance requirements
  • You will transfer calls to our Lending Departments and ensure the application remains at the correct stage of the loan process.
  • Receive inbound sales calls in response to customers' queries regarding the ongoing progress of their application
  • Receive inbound sales calls from customers who are responding to messages left by an outbound call, 1471 etc., with the aim of converting the call into a positive outcome
  • You will work in a team reporting to a Sales and Service Manager with a structured training programme, coaching and support

Knowledge and Skills required

  • Relevant sales/customer service experience in a contact centre environment
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Proactive and approachable with an excellent telephone manner
  • Keen eye for detail with good pc/keyboard skills
