Training & Development

Some organisations feel that Training and Development is not a necessity. However, as our people are so important to us, we are not one of them! We know that the right skills, knowledge and effective teamwork are essential elements of success.

All new employees begin by attending an induction course designed to identify any specific training needs and provide an introduction into the different departments of the company.

We all know how difficult it can be to remember the names and other information you have to take in when starting a new job, so all new employees are placed with an experienced member of staff to ensure their first weeks run as smoothly as possible.

Personal skills development

Once you are an established member of staff, we will provide help and training to enable you to develop your personal skills and improve performance. We will also do this when you are ready to work towards career advancement, which we actively encourage. We always aim to promote from within and offer secondment opportunities so you can progress within Bright.

If you're going to help us meet our objectives, it's important that you have all the help you need to achieve your full potential. Learning and development is therefore an essential ingredient in our combined success.
